Inside Gallery Banquet Hall Facility

Located adjacent to our main campus at 830 High House Road, this newly renovated facility offers reception and conference events in a private setting.  This facility includes the Gallery, a large reception area that accommodates up to 100 guests seated and 150 for a standing party.  Along with this space there are 6 classrooms for break out sessions and meetings.  Each classroom includes a podium and tables.

SpiceCubed Catering must provide all hot catering service in this facility.


Gallery Rental Rates

Parishioners:
                 $400 for 5 hours (any additional hour $200)
, plus Liability Insurance**

                 Non-Parishioners:
                 $600 for 5 hours (any additional hour $200)

Rental Rates *
All rental fees are due at time of booking and are non-refundable.  You can make your payment the way it is more comfortable: we accept checks, cash and all types of credit card.

Liability Insurance **
The user must provide (or purchase from the diocese) a 24-hour “Special Event Liability Policy”.  Special Event Liability Insurance will cost $125 per event if purchased through the diocese.  More information can be found in our Facility Use Guidelines.

Special note for weddings:
If you are planning a wedding, keep in mind these facilities are available for receptions but not the ceremony.  Any wedding ceremony either needs to take place in the main chapel or off campus.  Our services involve only receptions and we cannot book or give any information regarding the ceremonies.  More information as well as who to contact can be found at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church website or by calling the main office at 919-468-6100.
