Staffing
We will set up and breakdown as well as fully
staff your event depending on what is needed to
give you the best service possible. Extra
staffing may be required under rare
circumstances at additional cost, and will be
determined at time of booking.
China, silverware &
glassware
Let us choose which utensils, plates and glasses
you need for your menu. Need something
special? We will be happy to provide.
Linen tablecloths &
napkins
Tablecloths, overlays and napkins in your choice
of colors are included.
Choose from white, champagne, black, burgundy,
red, blue and green. Mix and match your
napkins with your tablecloths for that extra
touch. Upgrades are available in almost
any color or pattern. Most buffet and bar
tables are covered and skirted in white.
 Centerpieces
We provide glass globes, mirror tiles and
candles at no charge. Centerpiece upgrades
are available.
Tables & Chairs
We will supply all of the tables and up to 350
chairs if you require them.
Chafers & food displays
There is no need to rent any additional buffet
equipment because we will not only do everything
possible to serve the hot food hot and cold food
cold, but we'll make sure it looks good as well.
