We provide off-premise catering with a minimum food order of $250.

The prices quoted in our menus would only include the food, buffet tablecloths and most disposables.  Other charges may apply depending on need including delivery, staffing, and rental items such as tables, chairs, plates, glasses, tents or linen.  See the chart below for a quick estimate of our pricing for these items.

Although these extras could add up quickly, our rates would still be competitive with most major caterers in the area.

Chart

Delivery & Setup Fee $50.00 Includes delivery and setup of your food within the Triangle area.  Unless there is staffing, we will return at a specified time to pick up our equipment.

This fee includes any disposables you might need to serve/eat your food including plates, utensils, cups and napkins.  White tablecloths needed to cover your buffet are also included.
 
Staffing Rates $15-$25/hr We have a large group of staff we can send your way including dishwashers ($15/hr), bartenders ($20/hr), waitstaff ($20/hr), chefs ($25/hr), and event managers ($25/hr). 

We will start billing one hour before and end one hour after your event for setup and breakdown.

Staffed events may need a designated work space (garage or small room) for staging area, equipment storage and trash maintenance.
 

Tables, Chairs, Plates, Linen, Glasses, Tents, etc. Varied We can order your equipment through a local vendor to be setup at your location (fee may apply), or we can point you in the right direction so you can do it yourself.
